Hosted software just requires an internet connection and a browser. This means that no expensive hardware or client software needs to be purchased to use it. You do not need a server and you don’t need to load additional software onto the PC. There is no set up required and it runs on most devices such as tablets and phones.

It is much easier to relocate offices as you don’t need to wait for servers to be set up and it will not be an issue if your server or PCs fail as you can just use another device.
